Jennifer Simone Davis-Adesegha hails from the beautiful paradise of Barbados. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Napier University in the UK. She is a self-motivated individual, employed as an Operational Loss Manager in the Caribbean banking sector, with over 20 years’ banking experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Corporate Security, Risk Management and Crisis Recovery Strategies. Her primary research interests span across Fraud Management, Operational Loss Management and Risk & Crisis Management Strategies within the financial services industry. Over the years, Jennifer has not only presented at various conferences, but also authored and published over thirty articles in various international peer-reviewed journals, with articles mainly covering areas of bank crisis management and recovery strategies.
