Dr. Styliani Xanthopoulou holds a Ph.D, an MBA degree, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Business Administration and a member of the Business Excellence Lab. In addition, she works as a researcher, adult educator, and adjunct lecturer. Her research interests include knowledge management, innovation management, total quality management, and sustainability. Furthermore, she has published scientific papers in international journals and presented her work at international conferences.
